RESERVATIONS: $300.00 non refundable, per person deposit.  Balance due 59 days prior to departure.  Full payment must accompany reservations within 59 days of departure.  Price is based in a minimum of 2 persons travelling together. Price is subject to changes (362). Air is non refundable. CANCELLATION: With more than 59 days, a penalty of $300.00.  From 58/45 days a penalty fee of $400.00.  From 448/35 days a penalty fee of 50%. Full penalty on a cancelation of 34 days or less prior to departure. Airline tickets are non refundable. RESPONSIBILITY:  Each traveler is responsible for obtaining their own visas and entry documents.  USA citizens require a valid passport to travel with more than six months validity to the day of return. Each person is responsible for extra  airport taxes.  Porterage is included in the hotel, one piece of luggage per person.  Gratuity  to guides and drivers is not included.  It is customary to do a collection at the end of the service.
